Anthony's To-Do List for Work
- Take image server to bldg 88 and image all machines & reboot to test
- Call Allan Taggart to help re-arrange lectern racks to fit in digitiser when in Rutlidge and I are in venues
- Install digitisers in all city, bourke street and bundoora venues with Rutlidge & test venue
- Test all first gen venues for sound levels and adjust VGA capture card to align with screen
- Create new compression settings, Insert into Lectopia with test footage and test captures, Show to Rod & Amgad with email to explain why we need new ones
- Create rundown for Lectopia screen capture (one for staff, one for students), then meet up with David Maclay and explain what to go in Lectopia screen capture.
- Create list of all theaters with WLAN & lack wireless mics
- Attach “Lectopia Enabled” stickers to all city & business theaters
- Setup Lectopia test server on 10.4, then test LDAP auth for lectopia with Paul Snow
- Setup 2x 10.5 test boxes for Dave to test OD & QTSS
- Warn users of Lectopia outage over weekend (data center power maintenance)
- Update LOM, OS X 10.4.11, Lectopia 3.6.1 & Firmware on XServes on Friday evening to coincide with weekend outage
- Pester Lectopia about digitiser v3.3.1 bug with SFTP
- Create Lectopia Wiki on test boxes
- Rack & setup 3x test XServes when they arrive next week - replicate Lectopia setup with QTSS (test 10.5)
- Update Lectopia website with Student & Staff FAQ + link to venue listing
- Write Student FAQ for Lectopia
- Place example Lectopia recordings on site
- Upload staff & student video FAQ to Lectopia
